Everything You Need to Know About the Lubbock Arts Festival 2024

Every year, for the past 45 years, Lubbock is home to a spectacular arts festival that is an absolute must-see.

This year marks the 46th annual Lubbock Arts Festival, and it is sure to be another fantastic year. It is held at the Lubbock Memorial Civic Center on April 13th and 14th, 2024.

Each year has a certain theme and this year’s is ‘Colorama’.

This theme is meant to be a celebration of all the colors around us. In order to accomplish this, attendees will be immersed in all of the arts. From visual art like paintings, photography, pottery, and jewelry, to performing arts like acting, music, and dancing.

There will be over 100 artists from across the country showcasing and selling their work.

There will also be a professional art gallery, performance stage, and art created by local school students. The performances happening through the weekend will include a music and theater stage with a variety of artists, as well as a silent disco that will be led by DJ DLP.

This festival has been named “Best in Texas” for the last three years, so you know it is a quality event.

If you’d like to attend, you can pre-purchase tickets online for only $5 a piece before midnight Friday night. Or you can buy a ticket at the door for just $7. Children under the age of 12 get free entry when accompanied by an adult ticket holder.
