How to Find a Halloween Costume for Under $35

I hit the new Goodwill at 2121 Marsha Sharp Freeway in Lubbock determined to find an amazing (and cheap!) Halloween costume for under $35. And boy, did I!  

I found this incredible head-to-toe outfit for just $31.75! They also had packaged Halloween costumes, but I think my pieced together hippie costume is just as good, if not better.
