Lubbock Last-Minute Plans: Grape Day, Autumn Festival, & More
Fall is in full swing here in Lubbock and there are so many great events to check out around town. If you want to do something this weekend but aren’t sure what to do, here are a few events to consider.
Autumn Festival
This event is free to the public and takes place in downtown Lubbock. It is hosted by Mo & Mule Productions and is a great event for the whole family.
It is this Saturday, October 21, from 4:00 to 9:00 at 19th and Buddy holly Ave. There will be food trucks, vendors, small businesses, a pumpkin pie eating contest, pumpkin decorating contest, live music, a scavenger hunt, and movies in the park.
This Saturday will be on the warmer side with a high of 86, but it should be a beautiful day to walk around this event.
Grape Day
If you are looking for something to do before the Autumn Festival starts, or you are very into wine, this event is great for you. Llano Estacada winery is hosting their 29th annual Grape Day this Saturday from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. there will be food, wine, vendors, and live music at 3426 E FM 1585.
