Another day, another scam hitting the area.

After several weeks of hunting, and paying, and rejection, it has finally happened.

In my last two installments, I covered how difficult it can be to find an apartment that you like.

In the first part, I brought up how difficult it is to find a place, then how you get gouged in the process with fees and deposits and whatever else they can charge you for.

One of the biggest hassles for most people is not moving, but finding the next rental home or apartment they will live in.

I often wonder why people can't be more courteous and polite.
