Let’s take a look at what they say:

Avoid Close Contact

If you or someone you know is sick, stay away to keep the virus from spreading.

Stay Home

An extension of avoiding contact is to stay home from work, school, and avoid going out in public when sick. This is a sure way to spread your illness and it is important to stay home and rest when sick.

Cover your Mouth and Nose

Viruses easily spread from one person t0 another through sneezing and coughing. So, be sure to cover your mouth and nose with a tissue to prevent those around you from getting sick.

Wash your Hands

Regularly washing your hands can help keep you from getting sick by killing the germs living on your hands.

Avoid Touching Your Face

If you touched a contaminated surface and then touch your eyes, nose, or mouth, you can get whatever virus someone else has if they touched the same surface before you.

Clean your Space

Regularly disinfecting surfaces in your home, at work, in school, or in public can help limit your exposure to viruses and keep you healthy.
