Twelfth Reagor-Dykes Employee Pleads Guilty in Fraud Case
The 12th Reagor-Dykes employee has pleaded guilty to fraud charges.
Mistry Canady made an initial appearance Wednesday, January 8th in federal court, according to KAMC News.
Canady was hired in by Reagor-Dyes in 2010 and was promoted to office manager at the Spike Dykes Ford location in Lamesa.
Canady will be sentenced at a later date to no more than 5 years in prison.
Court records say Ford Motor Credit lost $27 million in floor plan fraud.
