In a new study released by WalletHub to determine the states with the fewest coronavirus restrictions, Texas is ranked no. 8.
Looking at a range of data including whether facemasks are mandatory, restaurants and bars are reopening, and the limits on large gatherings, the personal-finance website shows findings that may concern some people in the larger cities in Texas. However, many in rural areas don't feel like the restrictions imposed in some parts of the state are justified in others.
