San Diego Firework Fail Close-up [VIDEO]

Remember the biggest fail of the 4th in San Diego? One hour of planned fireworks went off all at once and lasted 30 seconds. So many of the early videos were shot from a distance and not really in focus. YouTube exploded with videos and it was an obvious embarrassment to the city of San Diego and just when the hype was settling out comes a close up.

Finally someone has come forward with a close up view that is jaw dropping. I wonder if there is a shot from space because I'm sure it was visible.
