People Shot in Downtown Oklahoma City After Thunder Eliminate Lakers in NBA Playoffs [VIDEO]

The Oklahoma City Thunder defeated the Los Angeles Lakers to advance to the NBA’s Western Conference finals last night, but after the game the downtown scene took a turn for the worst and gushots rang out, injuring several people.

At least 8 people were shot as the game let out on Monday night.

There was blood on the scene at the corner of Mickey Mantle Avenue and Reno Avenue as shots rang out with an estimated 5000 people in the area. Although eight victims were found NO arrests have been made.

Five of the eight victims were taken to OU Medical Center in the aftermath of the gunfire. One patient was said to be assaulted, while two others were transported to OU via ambulance and were in critical condition. One patient remains critical, while six others were described as “stable.” A pregnant woman was reportedly kicked or hit in the abdomen.
