They are everywhere. Tweekers, speed freaks, junkies, ice-heads A.K.A. meth- heads. Most of the time they stay out of publicly populated areas far to paranoid and  spun out to function but every now and then you will catch one out and about trying desperately not to draw attention to themselves.

This Walmart shopper should have stayed home for sure! I don't know what she is buying it seems to be on of everything. Check her out and remember this is what you look like when on DRUGS!
