Make the Most of Your Last Few Days of Summer [SPONSORED]

School is already back in session for some students and will quickly be back for all Texas Tech, LCU, South Plains College and Wayland Baptist students. For most students there is still about a week to get out there and have a great time. 

We recently took a tour of one of our favorite apartment/town homes, The Republic at Texas, to see ways that you can spend your final days of summer without having to leave your own place.

Here are some things you can do at the Republic at Texas. Ask yourself, "what are some things I can do around my apartment complex?"

Pool: Time is running out to polish off your tan for the summer so head to the pool and make sure you go back to school kissed by the sun.

Horseshoe Pit: Scrounge up some teammates and make a drinking game out of horseshoes.

Putting Green: Fall is coming and the temperature is just right for golf so, brush up on your putting skills at the putting green.

Basketball Court: Gear up for intramurals by shooting some hoops. You and your team just may make it to the championship this year.

Sand Volleyball: Organize a full day competition of sand volleyball with a prize at the end – maybe a 30 pack.
