Lubbock’s First Annual Chilton Fest is Coming Soon

An iconic drink that Lubbock locals know and love is getting it’s very own event this Summer.

The Chilton was made in Lubbock and is a classic cocktail to enjoy during the summertime. Made up of vodka, lemon juice, seltzer water, and a bit of salt, it is very refreshing and quite delightful.

Lubbock’s Little Woodrow’s is featuring the beverage at their first-annual Chilton Fest on June 15, 2024.

The event will run from 3:00 to 6:00 p.m. and will feature a live tattoo artist, Chilton tasting, lemon drop shots, lemon Jello shots, a variety of vodka vendors, and lemon-themed yard games. There is a $10 participation fee that includes 6 Chilton samples.

Of course, this is a 21+ event. So, grab your fellow legal-drinking-age friends and enjoy the summer heat with some refreshing drinks.

"Join us on June 15th for our first annual Chilton Fest! We are having all your favorite vodka vendors so you don't want to miss out! This event is kicking off at 3pm with drink specials, fun games, and a live tattoo artist!"
