Lubbock Jury Finds Homeless Man Guilty for Aggravated Assault
A Lubbock Jury found a homeless man guilty for aggravated assault for a stabbing that occurred in October of 2017.
KAMC News reports 55 year-old Bobby Cisneros was charged for the stabbing of David Mikeal in mid-October 2017. Lubbock Police say Cisneros stabbed Mikeal in the lobby of a hotel in the 600 block of Avenue Q after a heated argument. Mikeal was taken to a local hospital with serious injuries.
Cisneros faces up to 20 years in prison.
