Grand Jury Indicts Lubbock Dentist Jason White on Child Porn Charges
The accusations against 41-year-old Jason Paul White are heading to trial after he was indicted by a grand jury in Lubbock on Wednesday, February 10th, 2021.
Jason White of Jason P. White Dentistry at 4425 98th Street was charged both on the federal and state level with production of child pornography. He was also charged with receipt and distribution of child porn, enticement of a minor and sexual performance of a child.
White is also being sued for $10 million dollars by a Lubbock family who says he enticed their 16-year-old son into taking sexualized videos of himself. They accused White of running a child porn business, saying that he offered to pay the 16 year old once he turned 17.
Even more disturbing is the accusation in the lawsuit that White’s business partners may have known about, or even been involved in, White'ss alleged child porn business.
In a similar accusation by a different family, White is accused of making three underage boys send explicit videos and photos of themselves to him.
The Lubbock Police Department were first made aware of these accusations in December 2020, which led to the FBI raiding White's business and arresting him on January 14th, 2021.
KAMC news reports that the indictment against White includes a forfeiture clause, which states that if White is convicted, he should lose his home in the 4400 block of 10th Street, as well as the 966-acre ranch that he co-owns in Post in Garza County. The latter location was cited in the lawsuit as the place White most often enticed minors into sending him sexualized content of themselves.
