Plane Crashes in Guyana, LOST comes true!
Early Saturday morning a packed jet carrying 163 people crashed and broke into two sections in Guyana. Sounds like a huge tragedy, but the crazy part is that everyone survived! Caribbean Airlines said that they did not yet know the cause of the crash, however Boeing's 737-800 model is reported to have had 8 major crashes according to Flight Safety Foundation. The plane overshot the runway and rammed through a fence at Cheddi Jagan airport in Georgetown, before breaking in half and nearly sliding into a deep ravine in the jungle, stopping just a few meters short of it. So you've got an intense action sequence and a happy ending, sounds like a nice way to start your Saturday, right?
