'Consumerism' and 'Neurotic Society' haven't been met with positive reviews, but that doesn't take away from 'The Miseducation of Lauryn Hill''s legacy. So it's quite understandable that the crowd got excited when Ms. Hill decided to segue into 'Final Hour' from her stunning debut album.

The audience in New York City's Bowery Ballroom got their $100 worth when the ex-Fugees member broke out the song while backed by a live band, who replaced the more apocalyptic sounds of the original with a funkier rendition.

The performance was taped in November, but the 'Lost Ones' rapper has just released footage of the concert.

Ms. Hill's Homecoming Tour was supposed to end on Dec. 1 last year before she began serving house confinement on New Year's Day. The tour will extend through February to include stops in Charlotte, Atlanta and Miami.

She will also make up for missed tour stops in Huntington, N.Y., Chester Bank, N.Y. and Red Bank, N.J. starting on Jan. 26. It's not entirely certain if the judge gave Ms. Hill an extension though.
