In a recent radio interview, former Texas Tech quarterback/football head coach Kliff Kingsbury had a funny response to a question related to an Arizona Cardinal player having an issue with his helmet. The player was so upset that the team hadn't done anything about his helmet that he threatened to quit.

During the interview on the Bickley & Marotta sports talk show in Arizona, Kingsbury was asked, "Have you ever had a helmet that you would consider leaving the game of football for?"

Kingsbury responded: "I haven't met a WOMAN I would consider leaving the game of football for."

Interestingly enough, KAMC Sports Director David Collier reminded Twitter fans that there was once an incident during Kingsbury's time playing at Texas Tech University when his helmet went missing.

We think it's hilarious that Kingsbury responded the way he did about a subject that most of us would find quite boring. But instead, in true Kingsbury fashion, he added a bit of spice that is oh-so-nice for radio listeners.
