Investigators Continue Search for Missing West Texas Woman 6 Years Later

Thirty-year-old Maegan Hembree was last seen February 26th, 2013, and investigators with the Metropolitan Special Crimes Unit continue to search for answers.

According to a press release by Lubbock County Sheriff Kelly Rowe, Hembree left Smyer to meet a friend in Lubbock back in 2013. She never arrived.

Michael Todd Ramsey is the last person known to have been with Hembree.

Investigators are asking anyone with information on Hembree's disappearance or information regarding Ramsey to call Crime Line at (806) 741-1000. Callers can remain anonymous.

The Kerby and Wade Law Offices in Lubbock has dedicated an additional $5,000 to the original Crime Line reward, bringing the reward total to $10,000.
