I Took a Walking Tour of Historic Boston Last Weekend & Have the Pictures to Prove It [PICS]
One of the most historic cities in America is, without a doubt, Boston. Well, I had the good fortune of having a few free hours up there this last weekend. So I took my own tour and a bunch of pictures.
If you take the official walking tour of "The Freedom Trail," it's supposedly only around two miles or so. However, since I didn't have the $30 to park all day, I had to park far away for two hours max and walk to parts of it. Then walk back, move the car, and walk some more. I did this around four times. So, my tour was closer to 10 miles. But it was totally worth it when you see the really cool pictures I got.
Unfortunately, by the time I got there most of the actual sites were closed. So I could only get the history from the plaques posted outside. It was still awesome, though.
