City of Lubbock to Expand COVID-19 Testing

Testing at the Patterson Library Drive-up COVID-19 Clinic at 1836 Parkway Drive in Lubbock will be extended through the month of July.

Beginning on Monday, June 29th, the clinic will be operating Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.

To make an appointment for the clinic, call the City of Lubbock Health Department at 806-775-2933 between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m.

Also, the Texas Department of Emergency Management is hosting testing sites at Hodges Elementary School Gym at 5001 Avenue P and at Rodgers Park Gymnasium at 3300 Auburn. These sites will be open Wednesdays and Thursdays from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. for 3 weeks. No appointment or registration is required.

Testing remains available at local clinics, urgent care centers and standalone emergency rooms.
