Cardinals Sport Center: The Hottest Sports Spot In The Hub [PICS]

Thursday afternoon I was invited to hang out for a couple hours at the brand new Cardinals Sport Center located on the corner of the South Loop 289 and Slide Road. What can I say other than "Wow!". The facility is like no other in the 806. 

Cutting edge fitness equipment, clothes and gear from giants like Nike and Under Armour, shoes, shoes and more shoes, ladies fashions (carpi's and denim as well as fashionable tops of all kinds), work-out gear and a whole lot more. Whatever your Sport, Cardinals has got you covered.

A turf area complete with batting cages. Sunglasses? You bet. Tanning essentials? You bet. And what about Texas Tech Gear? Oh yeah. Fitness training and fitness classes available along with your source for whatever sport the kiddos are playing.

YFL, soccer, golf, basketball, baseball, football, billards even field hockey! Uniforms, trophy's and safety equipment to keep you playing hard. One stop sports shopping with the hottest and latest gear available.

Rejuvenate in their absolutely gorgeous "Rejuvenate"coffee bar. Fresh fruit smoothies, iced, hot and blended coffee, specialty hot and cold teas and the bakery is fresh and delicious. Scones, muffins, baked donuts and coffee cakes that absolutely melt in your mouth. I recommend the orange & cranberry coffee cake. The atmosphere is eloquent and refined. The perfect spot for your next meeting while out in about and the drive-thru is so handy. Don't forget they open at 6am and close at 9pm m- sat and open on Sunday 12-7pm.
