At Least One Store In Lubbock Is Already Selling Christmas Stuff [Photos]
Fall has officially begun, and most people are currently getting ready for Halloween. This is completely reasonable considering October is only a few days away, and there are no major decorative holidays between now and then.
You would think the next things for the stores to stock up on are turkeys and cornucopias for Thanksgiving in November. However, it seems that at least one Lubbock store is planning so far ahead that they are already selling Christmas stuff.
The home décor store At Home is already stocked up on Christmas trees, ornaments, and a variety of other decorations.

I know this is a very polarizing topic. Some people have such a strong love for Christmas that they would keep their tree and lights up all year. Other people think the other holidays deserve their time to shine without being smothered by red and green tinsel.
I am somewhat neutral on the topic, but I do still find it bizarre to find winter décor out in September. We just broke out of 90-degree weather, so I think we need some time to enjoy the crisp fall air before we throw peppermints and pine needles into the mix.
Although I personally prefer to wait until after Thanksgiving to bring the string lights and snowman collection out, I think you should chase your bliss. If doing that means preparing for the jolly fat man three months in advance, then you should.
Now you know where you can get your decorations from too.
