Okay if it is one thing that all of us need it is more time on the clock right. After work, kiddos or active social life there just never seems to be enough time for sleep. For some of you it is your own fault that your not getting your sleep, TV's. Ipad's  and cell phones while in bed are a bad idea. So if you can unplug at bedtime I will share a way that will ensure you fall asleep faster...

Researchers in Switzerland found you can fall asleep quicker if you WEAR SOCKS to bed. When you're about to fall asleep, your body redirects more blood to your hands and feet. Once they're warm, your blood starts circulating around the rest of your body, which makes you go to sleep.

So if you're wearing socks, your feet warm up faster which means the blood can circulate around your body sooner.
