Amy Winehouse Drank Herself To Death

According to the official coroner's report in London, Amy Winehouse was 4 1/2 times over the legal limit to drive. They say there were no illegal drugs in her system but there was a "very large quantity of alcohol."

Winehouse had been off alcohol and drugs for a while and was actually taking anti-alcohol withdrawal prescriptions to help battle her alcoholism when she died. None of the anti-withdrawal meds appeared in her system, however, hinting that maybe she was completely off the wagon.
