More than a year after an inquest into Amy Winehouse's July 2011 death -- which found that the singer died from alcohol poisoning -- reports have surfaced that the coroner was unqualified for her position.
According to the official coroner's report in London, Amy Winehouse was 4 1/2 times over the legal limit to drive. They say there were no illegal drugs in her system but there was a "very large quantity of alcohol."
Winehouse had been off alcohol and drugs for a while and was actually taking anti-alcohol withdrawal prescriptions to help battle her alcoholism when she died...
