A Unique New Monthly Market is Coming to Lubbock

There are a variety of great things on in Lubbock, and there is always something new to check out. There are especially a lot of great options for those looking to do some shopping with local businesses.

We have two different farmers markets in Lubbock, along with a variety of other markets that cater to all types of people. Now, every second Saturday of the month, there will be a new market that is geared towards Lubbock’s ‘weird’ residents.

The Weird Space is a business in Lubbock that focuses on local art and entertainment, creating a unique space to visit and forming a fun community to host events where people can be their true selves.

They are kicking off these new monthly markets this October with their first official Boo Market!

It will be on October 14th at 3225 50th St B-1 and goes from 5:00 to 9:00 p.m. It will feature local vendors and artists from Lubbock and surrounding areas. If you are a vendor and wish to participate, they are currently accepting applications.

I love a good market and supporting local businesses, so this is a fun opportunity to do so. Plus, you can do your regular Saturday farmers market shopping in the morning, and then check out The Weird Space’s market in the evenings.
