A Lawyer in Michigan is Celebrating Valentine’s Day by Giving Away a Free Divorce

The week after Valentine's Day is one of the biggest times of the year for divorces! Apparently a disappointing Valentine's Day is the last straw for a lot of you out there. And naturally, Lawyers see dollar signs in your misery and failure.

An attorney named Walter Bentley in Southfield, Michigan wants to make sure you think of him when you think of Valentine's divorces, so he's running a contest offering a free post-Valentine's divorce to the person with the best breakup story.

But because he's so very ethical, he says it has to be a situation where there are no child custody issues. And only Michigan residents are eligible.
