A Casket With a Body Inside Floated Onto a Houston Sidewalk Because of all the Rain [VIDEO]

Texas has been inundated with rain, and severe flooding for the last few weeks. Down in Houston it flooded so bad that a casket with a body inside floated onto a sidewalk. But from where?

Nobody knows. At least not yet. what I love about the video is all of the cops standing around but none of them have approached the casket. It's kind of like a game of "not it".
