I don't like bugs. Not a lot of people do. But as far as insects go bees are pretty cool. I mean honey is good. And flowers are good, so bees are winners. Unlike those gross useless bugs like roaches and flies. Those bugs can go to hell.

National Geographic photographer Anand Varna made a stop motion video about the first 21 days in a bee's life. You can watch them grow from gross larvae to actual bees. Its kinda sick, but interesting if you like this kind of stuff. Plus they make honey and that's cool.

Anand Varna, a photographer for National Geographic, captured the first 21 days in the life of bees, as they develop from eggs to larvae to fully fledged insects. The incredible footage was presented at a TED Talk on 11 May to raise awareness of the dwindling bee population, which is under threat.
