The Meagan Rough Memorial Mayday 5K Neon Night Run Is May 4th! [PICS]

KISS FM presents the Meagan Rough Memorial Mayday 5K Neon Night Run. It's a long name for an amazing cause. And it's a full on neon night run!

When I say neon night run I mean glow sticks, neon lights, thumping music, all of it at night along a course running to and through the Texas Tech Campus and Overton area. Imagine the color run, except at night, and all the colors are glowing bright! If you love running 5k's like these, this one is something brand new to Lubbock. And it's all for a great cause too!

Many of you remember Meagan Rough, and were even friends of hers. If you don't remember the name Megan Rough she is the vibrant young lady and Texas Tech student who was killed by a drunk driver in December on Glenna Goodacre. Her family has put together this great fun run to keep Meagan's memory alive, and to remind everybody that no matter how much you like to party, find a sober driver to get you home every time. Everybody deserves to get home safe.

KISS FM is going to be there all night blaring loud music and handing out neon orange KISS t-shirts. There will be a ton of vendors and hundreds, if not thousands of you together running for fun and a great cause. Tell your friends about the run and help us spread the word for Meagan's sake.
