Among the millions of victims of "Sandy", are thousand of homes. Especially those that were ocean front property. They didn't call it "Jersey Shore" because they thought it sounded nice. No that house was on the shore too. And now, well it's actually ok. Nothing major. But the world-famous Boardwalk is blown all the crap.
