I frequently hear or see people asking for advice on how and where they can volunteer. Luckily, this website makes finding the right volunteering opportunity very easy to find.

I love the diversity of opportunities listed for upcoming events. Love horses and the cowboy life? Volunteer at the Rodeo and help Lubbock Boys & Girls Club. More into fashion and beauty? Guadalupe Parkway Center needs volunteers to paint nails and style hair. Are you are a great office worker? Then Ronald McDonald House always needs you.

Even if you can't be there physically, there seems to be a big demand for people who can donate graphic design and web work for organizations right here in Lubbock. As for me, my favorite way to help my community is to donate blood every time I can at United Blood Services, it's easy and you're guaranteed to save a life!
