Sandra Bullock really knocked the part of Leigh Anne Tuohy out of the park in "The Blind Side".

The "Ole Miss" University  alumni and her family took a homeless young man Michael Oher off of the streets, accepted him as one of her own. Not only did she get him through high school and through Ole Miss she also managed to help him run straight into the NFL. Why? You will find out on April 26.

“The Blind Side,” which starred Sandra Bullock is based on the true story of how Michael Oher’s became a Son and Brother to the Tuohy family. The movie led to the creation of the "Making It Happen Foundation" that encourages, promotes and educates others on the importance of helping people.

“The foundation came about after the movie,” she said. “… We didn’t have much of a choice. We started seeing so many requests for life advice, help and direction.”-Lubbock Online
