Usher Was Attacked by a Schoolgirl Over a Handicap Spot [VIDEO]

Here is a breaking story that caught my eye: New video just surfaced of Usher at a Halloween parade in Atlanta last weekend, and it shows a woman trying to start a fight with him for parking his SUV in a handicap spot. The whole thing is kind of weird, because she's wearing a not-very-hot schoolgirl costume, she's shouting and grabbing at him, her husband is holding her screaming kid, and a dude dressed as Elvis is trying to calm everything down. You talk about a true Hollywood moment! complete with Elvis!
