If you went to this year's West Texas Homebuilders 2021 Parade of Homes, you got to see some amazing homes. There were beautiful, and really cool homes featured in three different subdivisions. If you made to the Sedona subdivision, then there is no way you missed this house.

The home located at 3915 149th Street in the Sedona subdivision was built by Apex Construction and the luxury touch is everywhere with this home. During the 2021 Parade of Homes, this home won Favorite Kitchen, Favorite floor-plan, Favorite curb appeal, Favorite Overall and the People's Choice award. As you can tell, people loved this house and you can see why. It's a beautiful home with four bedrooms and five baths. It comes in at 4,027 square feet.
