Texas Tech Baseball Ranks Top 5 in Preseason Poll

Perfectgame.org is a reputable website that covers college baseball and it's annual preseason top-25 has Texas Tech ranked 4th, right behind the TCU Horned Frogs who were ranked 3rd.

Also in the top-25 from the Red Raiders schedule are Kentucky, Louisville and Arkansas. The 8th ranked Kentucky Wildcats and 14th ranked Louisville Cardinals are part of a road trip the Bluegrass State in the middle of March.

The Red Raiders will visit the 6th ranked Razor Backs in Fayetteville, Arkansas for a two game set toward the end of April.

TCU and Texas Tech aren't the only Big 12 teams to make an appearance on the top-25 list, Oklahoma and Texas clocked in at 18th and 23rd respectively.

The Texas Tech Red Raiders hosted a Regional in 2017 and was a national seed but did not move on.
