The college will be located just south of Byron Martic ATC on Avenue Q in the building that was formerly a Gene Messer Chevrolet car dealership.

According to Department Chair Joe Kline, the move into the new facility is to add more space and more classes to SPC students. Some basic academic classes will be offered, but the facility will focus primarily on technical and business fields. some programs will include: welding, construction, automotive repair, paralegal, business administration, computer information courses and office administration. All of these courses will start this Fall semester and student can enroll as early as April 19th.

Coming January 2018, SPC's Lubbock center will also offer culinary arts.
