Sacha Baron Cohen has done nothing over the last few months except promote his new movie "The Dictator" which hits theaters next week. At his past interviews for the film he has dne so in character, he always appears as the General Aladeen the lead in the movie.

This is not out of the ordinary for Cohen, who also did all the promotion for ‘Brüno’ as Brüno and almost caused a riot and went to jail in character while promoting "Borat: Cultural Learnings of America for Make Benefit Glorious Nation of Kazakhstan." (longest movie title ever). It is hard to get Cohen as himself. As a matter of fact he has done so 3 times before, twice with Howard Stern.

“I’m a huge fan and I’ve been following your career for 20 years,” said Cohen of Stern. “What you were doing inspired me very early on because I thought, ‘Alright, this is a guy who’s got [expletive for a part of the male anatomy].’ The fact that you didn’t mind breaking the law or upsetting people — I followed that role.”
