Reese Witherspoon and her new husband Jim Toth were arrested early Friday morning in Atlanta. Police say they noticed a car weaving sometime after midnight Friday, so they pulled it over. Jim was driving and confessed that he’d had a drink several hours earlier. He was given a field sobriety test which included a breathalyzer in which he blew a .139. Once her husband was placed under arrest, Reese got out of the car. The cop told her to get back in, but she said she was a U.S. citizen, and was allowed to, quote, "stand on American ground." Reese was then placed under arrest for disorderly conduct. Police say she told them, quote, "Do you know my name? . . . You're about to find out who I am . . . You are going to be on national news." Reese was booked under her given name, Laura Jeanne Reese Witherspoon.  See mug shot below
