Snooze A.M. Eatery Taking Over Old Rockfish Location in Lubbock
It looks like Lubbock is getting another big chain restaurant that everyone is excited about and loves.
If you’re looking to try some breakfast with good-sourced ingredients you may want to try the new Snooze A.M. Eatery. They have locations in Texas, Arizona, California, Colorado, Georgia, Kansas, North Carolina and more.
They started back in 2006 and have grown into something big. They say they’re "serving up a twist on breakfast by starting with responsibly sourced ingredients and bringing them together in unexpected ways."
“We’re thrilled to bring Snooze to Lubbock later this year. We can’t wait to put down roots in the local community and to be a place where people can start their days with breakfast made from responsibly-sourced fresh ingredients, tasty a.m. cocktails, and good vibes,” said CEO David Birzon.
They offer things like a normal breakfast place would have but also plant-powered food, tacos, burritos and sandwiches. You can also get some delicious drinks and adult beverages to go along with it.
I’ve actually been to one in Austin with my grandparents and thought it was really good. We were all very impressed so I think this will be a great addition to Lubbock's restaurant roster.
Their website goes on to say, "We work hard with partners who are as passionate as we are about food, sustainable agriculture, and how animals are treated to help create a better food system for future generations to thrive upon."
They also offer catering, after-hours parties and even MySnooze Bennyfits.
The MySnooze Bennyfits you earn "jacks" with every visit to use toward priority seating, free pancakes, Snooze swag and much more. All you have to do is download their app, register and pay your check with the app or online. You earn 100 "jacks" for every dollar spent.
Their first location is coming to Lubbock at 413 University Ave., Unit 200. That’s where the old RockFishSeafood Grill use to be. Construction is set to begin in July and they hope to open in late 2022, tentatively November.
