Paranormal 4 Will Get You In the Halloween Spirit and Tyler Perry is Back In Theaters This Weekend [VIDEO]

One of the scariest and most profitable of all the "scare" franchises is back with it's fourth installment this weekend along with "Alex Cross" the new project from Tyler Perry and James Patterson. Let's check out some trailers and see what's worth seeing.

"Paranormal Activity 4" (R)

15-year-old Kathryn Newton plays a teenager being terrorized after Katie moves into the neighborhood. It takes place five years after "Paranormal Activity 2", which ended with Katie killing her sister and abducting her nephew Hunter.

"Alex Cross" (PG-13)

Tyler Perry plays detective Alex Cross, in the latest movie based on the books by James Patterson. This time he's after a serial killer played by Matthew Fox from"Lost". Tyler is taking over the role of Alex Cross from Morgan Freeman, who played him twice before in "Kiss the Girls" and "Along Came a Spider".

"Alter Egos" is an R-rated comedy starring a guy named Kris Lemche as an emotionally unstable superhero dealing with his girlfriend cheating on him, with himself. The cast also includes Danny Masterson and Sean Lennon.

"Nobody Walks" stars John Krasinski as a sound engineer who's attracted to a young filmmaker staying in his pool house. She's played by Olivia Thirlby.
