It looks like Mr. Brews Taphouse is coming to Lubbock. Their signage is up in the old BurgerIM location at 7604 Milwaukee Ave.

It was back in February when BurgerIM closed their doors and promised something new would be coming soon. You can visit their old Facebook page to see the post on February 18th.

A sign on the door of the location promised to bring Lubbock residents "something better," but gave us no idea what the surprise may be. But now that the signage is up, the suspense is just about over. Apparently, a new taphouse is on the way for Lubbock.

This new taphouse promises a lot; its website is extensive.

This franchise has built up a serious menu and a big, big list of beers on tap! You can find many, many locations for Mr. Brews Taphouse in Wisconsin, with one in Arizona and one in Kentucky.

Yes, this taphouse was founded in Wisconsin and rolled out in 2013 in Weston, according to their website.

Their story explains how they sought out the very best brew and the very best compliment for that brew. A burger was the perfect complementary idea, but not just any burger. They wanted to make sure they made this the very best burger experience possible, so they not only have a special blend of beef for their burgers, but have dubbed their burgers All-American burgers.

In addition to their unique burgers, they wanted an incredible signature bun. The Mr. Brews Taphouse burger buns are made to be fresh-baked showstoppers.

In addition to that special meat on a mind-blowing bun, we can look forward to crispy fresh cut chips and fries, and much more now that one of Wisconsin's popular taphouses is making its way to Texas.

Welcome to Lubbock, Mr. Brews Taphouse. Now that we know your story, we look forward to your opening in the old BurgerIM location on Milwaukee Ave.

We don't have an exact opening date yet, but we definitely will be watching for that big day. We're all ready to try it out.
