New Jersey Teacher Bullies His Special Needs Student on Camera [VIDEO]

A 15-year-old special needs student in Gloucester County, New Jersey at Bankbridge Regional School named Julio Artuz was being bullied by his teacher. When Julio complained of course his parents did not believe him. So the next time it happened, Julio secretly recorded it with his cell phone.  And now the teacher is on paid administrative leave while the school board decides what to do.

The video shows the teacher, Steven Roth, yelling at Julio, calling him a quote, "tard," and telling him, quote, "I will kick your [butt] from here to kingdom come." Then Roth leans over Julio, and threatens to keep harassing him, even after he graduates.Check this out:
