New in Theaters Today: “Oz the Great and Powerful” and “Dead Man Down”

There are 2 new movies out this weekend. From a prequel to a classic movie to a revenge flick starring Colin Farrell. Not sure what to see? Make your decision by watching their trailers below:

#1.) "Oz the Great and Powerful" (PG)

This is a prequel to the 1939 classic "The Wizard of Oz". It’s about a small town illusionist who's sucked into a tornado and transported to Oz, where he manages to convince everyone he's a powerful wizard. James Franco plays the wizard, Michelle Williams is Glinda the Good Witch, and the other two witches are played by Mila Kunis and Rachel Weisz. Of course, what Oz movie would be complete without flying monkeys and a green-skinned wicked witch.

#2.) "Dead Man Down" (R) 

Colin Farrell and Noomi Rapace star as two strangers who are irresistibly drawn to one another by their mutual desire for revenge. She wants revenge on Terrence Howard who is responsible for disfiguring her face. While Colin’s character wants it after his family was killed.
