At around 8:05 a.m. Wednesday morning, Lubbock Police responded to a crash involving serious and moderate injuries.

According to Captain Ray Mendoza of LPD, a 2014 Ford F350 was driving south on MLK while a 1998 Ford F150 was driving north. Apparently the driver of the F150 crossed left of the center and crash head-on into the F350.

The driver of the F150 suffered serious injuries and the driver of the F350, as well as two adult passengers, suffered moderate injuries. They were all taken to University Medical Center by EMS.

The LPD Major Crash Unit is still investigating the crash.
