In case you were one of the reported 1.1 million people that was following Ms. Montana on Twitter, you can rest assured she has rejoined, at least temporarily. Miley has launched a tour twitter account with the handle @gypsyhearttour with her first post being "'Do not fear...the Sheenius is here!' I'm not gonna lie. I came back to twitter for 2 reasons. My fans and to follow @charliesheen #winning."
