Miley Cyrus Lets the Girls Out, and Parties With Cake? [VIDEO]

We told you before about some Dubstep producer that Miley was such a fan of, she sang on one of his songs. His name is Borgore. (No I don't know how to pronounce it properly.)

So now we have the video, and I don't get it. There's a guy riding a weird bike with a giant cake on back. Miley's actually inside the cake but you don't find that out until later. Then there are some pushy little people, someone dancing in a horse head, some naughty cakes, and Miley wearing a very breasty shirt.
