Miley Cyrus Cut all of Her Hair Off and Went Bleach Blond [PICS]

No big surprise that Miley Cyrus has the vultures buzzing over a haircut. One of the most famous young ladies in the world, Miley has done a pretty good job at staying fully clothed and out of the tabloids for anything that could be proven. Yes she's had a couple of slips on YouTube but she's young, rich and famous. I can't be mad at her for partying and enjoying life a little.

Well Miley was all the talk this weekend as she took to Twitter and posted her new hair style or lack there of. She literally has cut all but about three inches off, rockin a very 80's punk look. Oh yeah and she dyed it bleach blonde.
