
Lubbock Police Say Remains Found Are Those of Missing Woman

Lubbock Police say that human remains found in Northwest Lubbock Thursday afternoon are those of a missing Lubbock woman.
According to Lubbock Police, the remains have been positively identified as those of 62-year-old Shelley Jordan.
Jordan was last seen on Monday, May 26th, and police suspected that foul play was involved, as blood was found on a wall in her home.
Police say that they believe that Jordan is the victim of a homicide.
Her husband, 65-year-old Danny Mack Jordan, has been arrested by detectives on Friday afternoon. He will be charged with one count of murder.
Lubbock Police continue to investigate the situation, and will determine if additional charges are necessary.
