Texas Grandmother Shocked by Obscene State-Issued License Plates [PHOTO]

A 62-year-old Texarkana grandmother recently received her state-issued car tags from Texas, and was shocked when she saw what was imprinted on them.

Imagine the sweetest little ol' grandma, a lady who crochets and is at the church every time the doors are open, simply opening her mail to see this on her tags. She let us have this photo, but you can bet she is already in line to get them replaced.
